Dr. Bolton is a full time Emergency Medicine physician and occasional Hospitalist at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. He has a keen interest in Resuscitation and Trauma Medicine, and is a certified ACLS instructor. His simulation interests include Crisis Resource Management principles and developing techniques specifically for the unique challenges of rural and smaller hospitals. His in-situ simulation work at CGMH has used Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice simulation to develop a standardized navigator-led code response.
